We want a national referendum to investigate and prosecute severely, False Arrests. We want a legal fund set up for False Arrest Victims to get them proper representation. We want stringent penalties for Police Officers who abuse their power.
Why is this important?
Police brutality is on the rise, and we, the general populace, along with our Constitution, guaranteeing us certain protection, are under attack. A false arrests disrupts your life, livelihood and places you in danger of imprisonment. Lawyers fees to defend you can be burdensome. Judges look at the police report, and make decisions affecting your life depending on it, no matter if it is a complete fabrication.
