Stop President Trump's ability to initiate use of nuclear weapons.

The current President of the United States, DJ Trump, has repeatedly exhibited behavior and verbal outbursts that put in question his ability to rationally serve as "Commander in Chief". This is particularly problematic with respect to his cavalier attitude and not infrequent suggestions that he might choose to initiate nuclear conflict.

When the nuclear option was invested in the Presidency following World War II, it was assumed that the office would be occupied by rational persons of good and intelligent judgment. Clearly, the current holder of the presidency lacks good and intelligent judgment as demonstrated by his conduct during his campaign and more concerning, during his first nine months in office.

Nuclear weapons should never be used in anything but a retaliatory manner, and then with grave reservations. The current President needs to have his ability to initiate the use of nuclear weapons taken away due to his lack of judgment and demonstrated instability.

For the remainder of the current Presidents time in office, all decisions regarding the use of nuclear weapons should be transferred to the Senate Majority leader.
