From car makers to tobacco companies they are held liable when they cause damage to Americans. It is time that we stop dealing only with the NRA. Guns should be made with tamper-proof locks and the gun manaufacturers should have to pay into a health fund to help offset the cost of injury and death associated directly to guns.
