Qualified Immunnity in the courts, politics and in the legal world allows a special group of people to be free of all penalties. The commoner is subject to all penalities. fines, loss of jobs, prison.
The people that created and made legal this entittlement, are the very special group that enjoys its luxury. No fines, no job loss and no prison sentence. Any person who had suffered any of these penalties in this country are the commoner.
