Read the above and it's pretty simple. Not too many people would have agreed to a lot of the past military and government testing done at the expense of human and animal lives. Much of this testing has had an adverse long term affect on our natural resources. My father was a pilot in the Navy and served over 30 years with 4 tours in Vietnam. I am a dedicated military dependent ,however, we are out of control with methods of testing that are archaic at best. If it has a long term negative effect, don't do it!!!!
Why is this important?
The Navy deafening 18000 whales and dolphins is ludicrous. Surely man has advanced enough to have alternatives to advancements in science that do not decimate populations of species that are essential to our ecosystems.
