Stop Small Town Politics

To USDOJ;
Please compel ALL government officials to abide by and comply with the various laws, both Federal and pertinent State statutes, identically as regular citizens or be subject to comparable penalties and sanctions, including jail time if appropriate. As our elected/appointed officials should set the standards for citizens, they must be required to act accordingly without special government protections or considerations not available to regular citizens, nor should they be excused from personal responsibilities nor enjoy special imunities if they violate a law or act negligently, incompetently, or at variance with the best interests of their constituents, or commit malfeasance.

Why is this important?

Indiana Government Officials and employees, including Judges, should adhere to and comply with the laws same as the citizens they compel to abide by laws or face personal and professional liability and sanctions; if they are found to have acted illegally, negligently, maliciously, incompetently and/or arbitrarily at variance with the best interests of their constituents, they should be held responsible and liable the same as regular citizens.
