Be fair with monies due to our people such as the older people that can't work anymore and the young school age children that are young and innocent.
Why is this important?
Stop our Representatives from getting their hands on money that is originally for the people from cashing in on what is meant for the people. When a Representative find monies that is meant for all the people, they need to plan a budget around who are to receive the monies and give people a chance to apply for it before they tell people who are their friends and family. We have so many people stealing from the top that we don't have anything trickling down to the people that really need it.
