Stop Stupid Petitions!
If progressives are going to be heard on the national scene, we need to stop nitpicking over political correctness and start advocating for our political policies to be corrected.
Why is this important?
Petitions about social issues like gun control or immigration policies I can understand, but where is the line drawn? I literally laugh out loud at some of the meaningless petitions on the web: Change the Use of the Word "Illegal" to "Undocumented," or Give Homeless Shelters Steel Silverware Instead of Plastic.
Only petition things that actually matter, that really will make a difference, because petitions like these hurt your credibility more than they help your cause.
