Stop Taking Money From The NRA

Lawmakers should say "no" to taking NRA money so reasonable laws can be put in place to protect the public from gun violence. Candidates and politicians who accept NRA funding should have their names publicized before and after they are elected to inform the electorate.

Why is this important?

The reason our country doesn't have reasonable and effective gun control laws is because the National Rifle Association is a major political contributor. We can't ban the NRA or defund it, but politicians can say "no" to taking their money. Candidates and politicians who do accept money from the NRA should be called on it both before and after they are elected. It's the only way to take our country back from those who prioritize the size of their arsenals over the murders of thousands of Americans every year.
