Stop the 5% Tax on Veterinary Services OH HB 59

Most pets are considered part of the family. If this tax is added, fewer people will be able to afford vet care, including spay and neuter procedures. This will increase the number of homeless, animals in shelters, and euthanized pets. This is not going to benefit the animals or the owners in any way, shape or form. It will add to the spread of diseases and parasites among animals and people due to the animals not be properly vaccinated, tested and dewormed.

Why is this important?

Ohio House Bill 59 is imposing a 5% tax on Veterinary Services. In this economy, most families can not afford routine vet care. Please do not let this pass.
