Stop the request to build a new hotel on 118th street and Aviation. We want to prevent aviation from being developed at this height without a proper buffer zone between a 6 story building and a 1 story house.

Del Aire residents want to prevent aviation from being developed at this height without a proper buffer zone between a 6 story building and a 1 story house. We must prevent this precedent from being established and abused, we want to prevent aviation from being developed at this height, and prevent future building of this type along the East side of aviation where properties abut communities.
