Stop the banning for feeding the Poor!
Why is this important?
If this is the City of brotherly Love, why shouldn't the homeless be fed? Where is compassion for the down hearted people! One must be careful of denying the poor, whatever the plights of the poor could become your's! Mayor Nutter
