STOP the Capture of Our Wild Horses and Burros !!
Why is this important?
I am broken hearted; at the callousness of our own government. What many consider; to be our "National Treasure"; the wild horse....is being Chased by Helicoptors, run into pens, overcrowded, run over, held in pens, hurt / or killed OR finally moved to pens; where known "Kill Buyers" purchase them and then they are taken to Mexico or Canada and slaughtered. The Bureau of Land Management is behind this. WE ARE LOSING THE VERY BREED; by the cruelest and sickest means. Horses have Families...they are used in therapies, many people love their horses. They carried us through so many aspects of our lives...wars, farming, moving,etc. The Wild Mustangs are a symbol of OUR own Freedom!!! Yet, we taxpayers are footing the bill; for these horrible decisions. Horrible Management.
I ask to repeal the Burns Amendment and STOP capturing these Horses and the Burros.
