Stop the JEB PATH act bill in it's tracks

One of the outcomes of PATH act would be the right of the banks to stop current legal standing of the homeowners in court with regard to foreclosure litigation.
By using PATH-NMDR, which replaces MERS, the banks could reopen old lawsuits with new evidence and reclaim the property.
It's a three-fold win for the banks thanks to Hensarling and the HFSC.
We also must stop Richard Corday from allowing this bill to enacted.
I think he is being blind sided by these banksters.

Why is this important?

We are facing foreclosure like many homeowners. We must stop this bill from being enacted. This bill protects the banks not the homeowner. It would prevent the homeowner from suing the banks for any fraud, robo-signing, false affidavits .
