Pensions for members of Congress should be the same as the pensions they establish for all Americans.
Why is this important?
Every member of Congress, upon defeat or retirement, even after only one term, is presently entitled to a pension of full pay for life. They should receive the same as anyone on Social Security. The same rules should apply to them as apply to everyone else
