Bills introduced, should not have "pork barrels" attached. The bill should be stand alone and voted upon. A lot of money is wasted when "Pork Barrel's" are attached, e.g. "the road to nowhere", "the airport in Pa that's never used, and probably others. Just to get a vote on a bill should not give that person the right to tack on something he or she wants.
Why is this important?
In most bills that are passed, there are "pork barrel's" attached e.g "the road to nowhere", the airport in Pa. that's never used. Ultimately those are wasted tax dollars. Bills should be stand alone, with no attachments.
