Iowa Governor Branstad is pushing for private management of Medicaid services for more than half a million citizens.
This has been rushed and should never occur due to the for-profit companies that will manage it. Our state and federal taxes will go to out-of-state companies.

Why is this important?
The state will lose good paying jobs to out-of-state companies and tax dollars will be lost and wasted on for-profit companies while our citizens in Iowa suffer.
