Stop the Zero Tolerance for America's Wild Horses!
Please sign up for this petition to stop the Federal Government from zeroing out our Free Wild Horses in America! In 20 years our wild horses will be extinct! Our grandchildren may not enjoy America's Wild Horses! Contact the Secretary of Interior,"Sandy Jewell" and express your dissatification regarding the Federal Government's policy! The Federal Law "The Burns Amendment" that protects wild horses is currently being nullified! Another Federal law being violated is "The 1971 Wild-Free Roaming Horses & Burro Act".
Recently the Federal Court Ruled that BLM has the right to zero out the herds, in April 2013!
The Plan: through capture, mass sterilization & adopting out the "Excess Number". Apparently the whole herd is the excess number! This policy is a direct violation of the Federal Law! The 1971 Wild & Free Roaming Horse & Burro Act" is supposed to achieve and maintain a thriving ecological balance on the public lands. During our Thanksgiving Holiday, on Nov. 2013: Mass capture of wild horses in Sheldon Refuge Round Up: 10,000 citizens protested Fed's plan to Round Up Wild Horses & Send to Slaughter Pipeline.
In Theodure Roosevelt National Park Round Up! Another article written in Bismark Tribune, "Operation Badlands Moving Full Speed Ahead".
The use of helicopters are used to gather wild horses into unprotected corrals during severe & harsh winter conditions & they nearly starved to death. And again it happened shortly before Christmas on Dec. 2013, another round up of America's wild horses occurred!
