Waxman and the Solictor General to write Amicus Briefs in support of Karin Klein's Supreme Court Case #13-542 to stop the Rx Drug Lupron referred to as "toxic poison" from being used by doctors. The deadline date is November 27, 2013 and Karin Klein and 12,000+ people are now living in chronic pain without a cure and it's still being prescribed.
Why is this important?
I am a Legal Advocate and Consultant for victims of injustices and an author and Crusader since 1989 when I founded Women Fight Back helping victims fight back against serious injustices. Lupron can be disabling and deadly. There are 5,000 complaints filed with Congress and they've ignored the 12,000 victims without a cure, so it's extremely important that the labeling be addressed and serious studies be published with the hope of taking this toxic drug Lupron off the market.
