Over 30 states have passed voter id laws that disenfranchise
minorites, the elderly and college students. This is a problem that rightfully deserves the attention of everyone since we "claim" to live in a democracy.
Why is this important?
There IS no problem with voter fraud. Recent Voter ID laws were passed with the sole purpose of preventing minorites, senior citizens and college students from voting. These groups historically vote for Democratic candidates. People who support
Voter ID laws are Republican.
