Stop the bullying in the workforce. Employers have to be held accountable for the damage that their supervisors inflict.
Why is this important?
Having worked in a situation that demanded I put up with demeaning and abusive language and actions, I belive that we need laws to protect the workers in the USA from corperations that allow this kind of abuse to go on in the name of the bottom line.
