Stop Wrongful foreclosure! Dual Tracking During Loan Modification. As of January 2013 it is illegal to foreclose while in a Loan Modification Review, yet the banks continue to get away with Dual Tracking.

Why is this important?

Wells Fargo sold my house right under me while in a Loan Modification Review! I am a single mother with an adopted daughter who has 10 years of mortgage interest, taxes, insurance, repairs VESTED in my home. Instead of helping me, they sell my house to a 3rd party at a discount. I qualify for HAMP, yet I didn't get a principal reduction or completion of Loan Mod Review!
