Stoplight/stop signs at Jeanne St/Constitution Dr

With Target opening in the fall in Pembroke Mall, the intersection at Jeanne Street and Constitution Drive will be even more busy. Currently most Pembroke Manor residents do not have good options for heading east on Virginia Beach Blvd., nor is there an easy way to even exit our community via these two streets. A traffic light or stop signs at this intersection will give Pembroke Manor residents the ability to exit and enter our community with the ease in which the streets were intended.
