Repeal all restrictive gun laws now and forever. The second amendment wasn't put in place for hunting its about self defense.
Why is this important?
We the people urge you to respect the Second Amendment of the United States of America and to stop trying to erode it little by little with a law here and there. Leave it alone.
I feel that the Second Amendment has been weakened too much as it is and would like to see it strengthened by having any law to do with any firearm, sidearm, shotgun, machine gun or future weapon to supersede these weapons be repealed and made illegal to restrict now and in the future. There is no need for gun control any longer. It has proven to be ineffective and harmful to children. How many more people have to die before we realize that the Second Amendment could have saved us if we were only allow to exercise it. I am not asking you to repeal it or to touch the second amendment in any way. Its well written as is and speaks well for itself and its intentions are clear. I am asking you to recognize it for what it and protect it from threats to it foreign and domestic. Just like you said when you took the oath of office.
