Michigan needs to adopt statewide strict laws and punishments for all animal abusers, especially dog fighting rings.
Why is this important?
After the brutal weather we've had, there are too many people who shouldn't be allowed to have pets. Rescue groups work 24/7 volunteering to rescue pets and animals. Very strict laws, punishments and follow-up caate is needed.
