The psychology programs at Utah State and University of South Florida are hereby petitioned to strip John Bruce Jessen and James Elmer Mitchell of their university credentials, because they committed gross ethical violations when they applied their knowledge of human psychology to design a torture program.
Why is this important?
These institutions should distance themselves from their role in the CIA torture program in the strongest possible way.
