Allow people who are struggling, who's income is insufficient to meet the fradulant and exploitative student loan payment by allowing / granting bunkruptcy claim.
Why is this important?
The banks have already made their money through penalities by denying differment and forberance. Inspite of all the payments that people like me made in the past their current loan amount is twice the original loan now. I know I can not pay this loan in my life time. I beleive there are so money people who can not be able to pay. The area of study matters. My area of study did not allow me to make enough money to support my family and at the same time meet other obligations like student loans. It should be foregiven.
