Help inform congress and the state legislature that you agree Student Loan Forgiveness will aid our families and our local economy. Support plans to reduce Student Loan Debt through forgiveness in some cases, and reduction in return for community service, teaching, volunteering, etc. in other cases.
Why is this important?
So much money is owed on Student Loans that for many graduates the amount is impossible to pay on a consistent basis. If more student loans are forgiven, there will be more money available in communities for expanding the economy there. Stress from the Student Loan burden on families contributes to family break ups, and adds to the health crisis with it's attending high costs.
