Subsidized Hate

Time and again I have seen first hand how often those who perpetuate hate have learned to manipulate the system to their own gain. For example: Those who hate some racial minorities may also hate the Government or different religions, Yet their hate of the Government does not stop them from living off of Government funds. Welfare, Medicare, CHIPS etc. Often these people have a lot of time on their hands to act on their beliefs because they have nothing else to do,. Lets give them something else to do. If you are convicted of a hate crime then you should not be on the Government dime. Nor should your immediate family as these things are often taught in families. Perhaps consequences like these would be a catalyst for change.
