To: two million voters for Hillary and American Civil Liberties Association
Sue the Electoral College
Two million voters -- the margin by which Hillary Clinton won the presidential election -- are being disenfranchised by the Electoral College, which on December 19 will meet to elect Donald Trump. A class action lawsuit against the Electoral College on behalf of us, the two million, could ensure that electoral votes will match actual votes for each candidate in each state.
Why is this important?
I'm one of the 64,223,958 who voted for Hillary Clinton. I've seen how my vote and two million others (her lead over Trump) were thrown out the window by the Electoral College practice of assigning all Electoral College votes in any state to the winner in that state. My right to vote and and my rights of free speech have been abrogated.
