put the play streets back in harlem so we can educate our children and give them summer job.
Why is this important?
iv ive in harlem for 53 years and as a child we always had a play street in 115 street between manhattan and morningside ave summer youth programs free lunch and its just gone and the elderly we wont that back in our block .
