Support a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly

We already have a world government. It's called the UN, the IMF, the G8, the G20, the World Bank, the International Criminal Court, the WTO, etc. The problem is, is that none of this is democratic. We can fix this problem by adding a Parliament or House of Representatives to the United Nations. If we truly want to end war, injustice and environmental crises like global warming then we need to add democracy to the present world order. This movement is already under way and goes by the name of a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly. Signing this petition would be in support of creating a second chamber of the UN - a "People's House", known as the "United Nations Parliamentary Assembly". Representation would be based on population like the US House of Representatives, and people all over the world would vote on their representatives.
