We, the undersigned students, allies, and community members, stand in solidarity with the full-time faculty at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) in their fight for fair treatment, professional respect, and educational justice.
Since certifying their union in October, 2024, the full-time faculty at BCCC have continued to face unacceptable conditions:

- Repeated delays in pay for overload and summer courses
- Inaccurate or completely missing paychecks
- Ongoing administrative negligence that has contributed to high faculty turnover
- Over 50 unstaffed classes at the start of the semester, leaving students without instruction or support
This situation is not only an injustice to faculty--it is a direct attack on students and their right to quality education. BCCC serves a community that deserves investment, dignity, and equity--not neglect.
It is clear that the college administration has failed to prioritize the people who make this institution function. We demand:

- Timely and accurate pay for all faculty, including overload and adjunct work
- Transparent Communication and Accountability from BCCC administration
- Hiring and Staffing Solutions to fill vacant courses and reduce student impact
- Support for all faculty and respect for collective bargaining rights
