The Haverhill City Council on Nov. 13 will vote on downtown zoning. They should vote YES in order to help revitalize downtown and give cannabis consumers access to safe, legal, tested product.
Why is this important?
Haverhill residents voted overwhelmingly for legalization in 2016. The mayor and the city council should show leadership by enacting downtown zoning for the same fairness provided to liquor stores, bars, and restaurants.
