Support for the Occupy Movement
Occupy Movements across the globe are fighting for freedom and justice for the 99%. Some people are attending peaceful demonstrations to protest corrupt government and corporate influences that are breaking the threads of our society. Others are working hard to communicate concerns and the diverse needs of the 99%. This movement is an opportunity for our voices to be heard above the white noise of power and politics. This movement supports individuality. Nobody is expected to join every meeting, every cause, or every demonstration, but everybody can say “thank you” for the efforts they support.
Why is this important?
In many ways, the Occupy Movement advocates for people in poor health, without resources, and lacking mobility. I do what I can, but I want to do more. Sometimes a simple thank you can go a long way. Please take a moment to sign this petition, and show the people participating in the Occupy Movement that you appreciate the work they’re doing on your behalf.
