Support of Guyutes and Daebak K in OKC's Uptown District
By signing this petition I acknowledge my support of Oklahoma City's plan to encourage urban redevelopment of the uptown 23rd district which does not require onsite parking. I also support the request by Guyutes at 730 NW 23rd for an ABC2 overlay (to allow alcohol in a restaurant setting) and UDC approval for proposed design of Daebak K at 312 NW 23rd , both of which may have outdoor patio/ rooftop areas with the understanding that both of the establishments will comply with current ordinances in regards to noise and hours of operation.
Why is this important?
There has been vocal opposition of a few homeowners in the area. This petition is to demonstrate that many that live nearby or in other areas of Oklahoma City are in strong support of these two projects.
