I propose that all bathrooms in the White House and Congressional Offices be locked shut until the Rest Rooms and other facilities in our Federal Parks are reopened and maintained.
Why is this important?
The Sequester has caused the closing of all Federal Parks. The facilities are closed, but people still visit. When Nature calls, the woods are the only place to go.
