Support the Condom Mandate in Adult Film Industry
Dear Council Members:
I am writing to support the mandate for condom use in the adult film industry and to ask for your vigilance in forcing the matter.
As the implementers of such a law, you are in the unique position to affect HIV incidence rates well beyond the community of the adult industry. Consumers of the adult industry will be also be affected by the required usage of condoms vis-à-vis their positive association of condoms with the act of sex and the pleasure derived thereof.
This law will not just affect the actors in adult films, but also those who watch adult films.
Signers of this petition agree that the positive results of such a law will dramatically reduce HIV infection, transmission, and existence.

Why is this important?
Condom usage in the adult film industry will not only decrease HIV incidence within the industry itself, it will affect the viewers of pornography by associated condoms with the act of sex. With this pairing, the incidence of HIV is the general population will decrease as well.
