Support The Increase Of Minimum Wage.
The cost of living is constantly rising and wages are not increasing fast enough. The suggested $10.10hr for minimum wage recommended by President Obama will have a good impact on those who are doing all they can but not making enough to survive.
Why is this important?
Without a reasonable wage people cannot work themselves out of poverty. Eventually more and more people will become homeless if things do not change. Lack of employment or underemployment are some main reasons crimes are committed according to the US Department of Corrections.
