Supporting Smarter Pot Laws in Yuba County
On December 9th, 2014, the Yuba County Board of Supervisors are meeting in response to a demand for tougher pot laws including the prohibition of outdoor growing, limited indoor growing with permit and inspection requirements, and the adoption of regulations similar to nearby counties without assessing our unique community needs.
The Citizens for Responsible Reform are petitioning for the Board of Supervisors to establish a budget and timeline to conduct research to assess the economic, environmental, and cultural impact surrounding this new agriculture boom to the region. This research is to be used for the creation of SMARTER pot laws that both support and protect Yuba County citizens.
Sign this petition and join us in supporting healthy and responsible reform to our county's medicinal marijuana laws.
