There is no law or provision in the Constitution concerning life appointments of Supreme Court judges..Therefore they should be appointed for a period of time not life. The system that we have now of lifetime appointments is arguabley a problem as the court becomes politically biased. A ten year appointment should be sufficient to get better results from the court.
