Republicans are poised to run this state into the ground and take everyone else along with them. We would like to absolve ourselves of accountability for their actions BEFORE they take us down and go on the record as saying their self-righteous approach to governance is pious and destined to fail. This petition serves to act as a reminder when we are picking up the pieces of their wreckage that it was them, not us, who caused this disaster.
Why is this important?
Realizing the ideologues who have proven themselves to be inept in leadership roles have taken control of our state legislature, those of us with intellect and a common sense approach to government would like to absolve ourselves of responsibility for what they are about to do and say "I told you so."
