Justice for Takota

We need a Federal Law that creates harsh penalties for First Degree Child Abuse. So many children are being abused every day. Like Takota his life was taken to soon. (He was abused and literally tortured until he didn't make it while in his Mother and her Boyfriend's care) Children should never have to suffer or go through such torture. We are taking a stand, if a child is being abused it should automatically be a felony no less than ten years in prison, and if a child's life is taken it should be life in prison without parole.
