All campaign spending by a PAC over $1,000 per election, shall be subject to a 95% sales tax. If it is Federal election it goes to the Federal government, State to the State, local to to local.
Why is this important?
Since we need a Consitution Amendment to overturn the worst Supreme Court decision since Plessy v. Ferguson; we should have Congress pass at 95% tax on all spending over $1,000 by any PAC.
