Reform the tax code, make income taxes graduated again and tap the richest for their fair share of the tax and budget deficit burden. If the 6% who have $37 Trillion paid the same rate as I do with my <$20,000 annual (33%), the entire debt would be paid off.

Why is congress even considering cuts to Medicare?
The taxes have already been paid to support it. If the top 1% or 6% have a lower rate than middle and low income Americans, they should pay at least as much.
