A system where CEOs are allowed to make 475 times an average employee is not efficient, productive, or democratic. We need a different type of organization that is good for the country and those that work for it. Support this initiative!
Why is this important?
Democratically organized and operated enterprises are corporations that exist for the sole intention of providing work for its participants. Individuals accepted into these organizations pay for one share and are entitled to vote on organizational policies that directly affect them. They provide security for their participants and are are remarkably efficient in that they discourage CEOs and executives from monopolizing resources. These organizations promote democracy in the US and are badly needed.
