For funding needs, we the people propose remove ALL Super Pacs from tax exempt status and tax all of them at 99%. This tax needs to put a NASA Mars mission TRUST FUND where no political party can touch it for any reason. We propose IRS to implement this trust fund. We the people are tired of seeing billions of dollars is spend on TV/radio/Internet advertising on political causes the just polarize US electrorate. We the people demand congress to setup this new scientific exploration tax for NASA for the benenfit of all people of the United States.
Why is this important?
With NASA's spectacular curiousity landing on Mars, all NASA needs is stable funding source for future Mars missions. If NASA has a reliable funding, we believe they can send humans to explore and setup bases in Mars.
