The election told us that the middle class, although struggling, still believed that a tax for the richest does not harm them and does not harm the middle class. Please listen to the good sense this makes. If the middle class gets poorer (see fiscal cliff taxation), then they will have far less to spend on what the rich have to offer. We are all in this together.
