Investigate Texas Department of Criminal Justice Employee Misconduct

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice Board of Directors: Please look into the misconduct of how the employees are treating civilians (family and friends) of inmates at visitation and other issues regarding the officers, specifically:
a. Engaging in a specific prohibited behavior;
b. Attempting to engage in a specific prohibited behavior;
c. Conspiring to engage in a specific prohibited behavior;
d. Aiding others in conspiring, attempting, or engaging in a specific prohibited
behavior; or
e. Failing to act where required by rule, order, policy, or procedure.

Why is this important?

My husband is incarcerated at the Michael Unit in Tennessee Colony Texas Region ll. Employees are representatives of the TDCJ and are expected to adhere to the highest standards of conduct while on-duty or off-duty, including adherence to the rules of conduct described in the Listing of Employee General Rules of Conduct and Disciplinary Violations. The Warden's and officers are treating family members and friends of offenders inappropriately and nothing is being done. This needs to stop.
