From the government shutdown to the debt ceiling, tea party Republicans have wreaked enough havoc on our country. Stop holding the country hostage to further your political gains; vote on a clean budget resolution and raise the debt ceiling without demanding cuts to Social Security, Obamacare, or any other vital programs.
Why is this important?
My fellow federal employees and I would like to continue to work and serve the American people. As a result of the poor leadership from the Tea Party in the U.S House, the government has shutdown and I am in furlough status. A clean budget must be passed immediately before the Tea Party Republicans devastate the economy any further.
